I know, I know, it’s been WAAAYYYY too long since I’ve published a blog post. To be fair, I have 5 posts sitting in my draft folder just waiting to be finalized…does this count for anything? Probably not. But at least you know I was thinking of you!
So Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and all of that good stuff, it’s good to finally be in 2017. At the beginning of the year I decided to make a couple of BIG resolutions for myself; one of those is to be more consistent with this blog. I’m sure there will be times throughout the year where I don’t hold up my end of the bargain..but just know that I’m trying. I’m also trying to make a bit of a lifestyle change and be a bit healthier. I have been working out and *trying* to eat better; the later being much more difficult to maintain (I’m sure that some of you can relate). I have been thinking of including some fitness/healthy lifestyle posts (workouts, what’s in my gym bag, favorite workout apparel, recipes, etc) on my blog to help hold me accountable and to help me track my own progress! I would love to create a space where you all can share what is working for you as I’m always looking for new workouts and recipes…Lord knows I can only rely on Pinterest for so long.
I just recently started the BBG (Bikini Body Guide) by Kayla Itsines and would love to share my progress and thoughts on the program as I go. For those of you who are making the transition (or are already there) to a healthier lifestyle, we can do it together! For those of you who aren’t, I have one request: eat some greasy food for me…I envy you and promise not to make all of my posts about working out and healthy recipes!!!
