Since I mentioned in my last post that I would start blogging about all things fitness related…I thought a quick Tabata workout might be a good place to begin!
For those of you who don’t know, Tabata is a high-intensity workout that is time efficient while still offering maximum results. I mean come on, reaping incredible benefits while putting in minimal time is ideal…well at least it is for me! I mean sure, I love a nice 1.5 hour sweat session just as much as the next person, but sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in the day to make that happen…insert Tabata!! The idea behind this program is that you workout really hard for 20 sec and then you get a 10 sec break before starting again. I will outline one of my normal Tabata workouts below for those of you who may wanna give it a go! Let me know if you give it a try and what you think! I’d love to know what workouts you guys (and girls) have been loving as i’m always looking for new things to try out, so just drop me a comment below and help a sister out!
**And as always, I am not a medical professional, so please consult with your doctor before trying out any new workouts or fitness regimens!**
