DAY 8: MY 5 CURRENT GOALS
- Staying consistent with my blog (I think i’m doing okay with this one so far! Fingers crossed I can keep it up!)
- Exercising regularly (I was doing well until the Falcons Super Bowl collapse derailed me…I blame them for everything.)
- Being more consistent with clean eating…(ugh, this one is a true challenge)
- Making time for self-care (yoga, mani/pedis/meditation, etc.)
- Getting out of my shell and doing more. I’m not gonna get crazy, i’m still an introvert at heart, but I need to do a better job of getting out and experiencing things like I used to !
