Happy Tuesday friends and welcome back! You guessed it; it’s time for another edition of Tabata Tuesday! I had a pretty jam-packed weekend so yoga is definitely off the table for me tonight (or maybe all week). However, due to a surplus in road trip food, I’m still gonna try and get in a quick workout so I don’t feel like such a sloth. If you’re new here or new to Tabata, you basically work out really hard for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second break, being sure to take a 60 second break between circuits. I know it might sound confusing but I will leave very clear, detailed instructions below!! So without further ado, let’s get our sweat on!
**Disclaimer: I am not a medical professional or personal trainer, so please consult with your doctor before starting any new workout regimen!**
