Happy Friday, folks and welcome back! I hope you guys are having a great week and are ready for the weekend! In case you haven’t been keeping up with your calendar, Mother’s Day is THIS Sunday; so if you’re looking for some last minute gift ideas, I will link my gift guide HERE to help foster a little inspiration! Anyways, back to the topic at hand: Man of the Woods. For those of you that have been around awhile, you know I L-O-V-E Justin Timberlake (but who doesn’t) and yesterday my sweet, sweet mama surprised me with a ticket to his show tonight; and not just any ticket…a floor seat ticket *sobs while throwing up praise hands.* A little backstory; my concert crew is pretty set in stone, I typically see Timberlake (and Mumford & Sons) with the same girls; my best friend and her cousin, Natalie; occasionally someone else will tag along but the three of us are almost always there. This year though, I wanted bring my cousin since she’s never seen him live. I researched tickets and realized that you could only purchase 2 floor seats at a time (come on, Justin) and decided that I would buy the tickets for me and Jordan and then bestie and her cousin could grab the other 2…well, the concert universe was NOT on my side and after 2 failed pre-sale attempts and the regular on-sale time, I gave up. Tickets sold out at lightening speed (shocker) and I had come to terms with the fact that it just wasn’t going to happen this year. Enter supermom. Eeeekkkkkkk! I’m so pumped. I literally cannot stand it.
While I’m over the moon excited about seeing the Man of the Woods tour, I wish my cousin was going too. Oh well, I guess that just means that I’ll have to bring her along next time 🙂 So, in honor of seeing JT for the 235774 time with some of my best girls, I thought I’d share my favorite picture from a previous show and my ULTIMATE JT Playlist (in no particular order) with all of you!
So that wraps up this quick little Friday post! I hope you guys had a great week and I hope your weekend is even better! If you’re a mom, Happy Mother’s Day, and if not, don’t forget to shower your precious mama with all the love on Sunday (and everyday)! See you guys soon!
