Good morning friends and welcome back! How was your weekend? Mine was pretty solid, super busy but really good. For those of you that missed the memo, I went to the Justin Timberlake concert on Friday night and let me tell ya, it did not disappoint. Not that I thought it would, let’s be real, but it was even better than I anticipated. We were RIGHT in the front…if you don’t believe me, head over to my Instagram/Twitter to see all the glory. *swoon* <3
As you can tell by the title, I’m back with another Monday motivation/workout post for you guys. Over the last 2 weeks I’ve been a WEE bit off my workout/nutrition game, but for the first time in YEARS I’m not beating myself up about it. I had my reasons for pulling back but now I’m ready to get back in the saddle. Though I’m incredibly exhausted from the weekend, I smiled more on Friday night than I have in the last month (or 3) and fed my soul with all the good vibes it needed! There’s nothing like screaming at the top of your lungs and dancing around with your best friend until you’re dripping in sweat to change your perspective and make your heart happy. So despite feeling incredibly tired this morning, I started my day with a grateful heart and a clear mind. If you are someone who has struggled with sticking to your fitness and nutrition goals, don’t worry, it’s a new day and a new week; aka the perfect time to start over! And since I know that’s easier said than done, if you’re still in need of a little workout inspo, I have included a quick Tabata workout for you guys! So without further ado, let’s get our sweat on!

I lOVE this! It is the best feeling when you realize you are no longer freaking out about getting work outs in, or what you are eating, or all of that. Just being is amazing! And I am glad you had such an amazing weekend and it gave you the shift you needed! I hope you have an amazing weekend beauty! <3
It really is an incredibly freeing feeling; I’m not perfect, and there are definitely days when I stress about that kind of stuff, but Ive been making a concerted effort to change my way of thinking for sure. I hope you have an awesome weekend pretty lady! <3
I can completely relate. Type A, why the heck am I not perfect? Lol. But in the grand scheme of things perfection really is overrated. Thanks beauty I hope you are having a fabulous weekend! <3
